Futures are currently working with a Local Authority moving at pace with its transformation programme and an opportunity has arisen for a motivated and experienced customer service professional to lead the Customer Service Team for a period of months in the absence of the substantive post holder.

As well as ensuring the Council deliver an effective front of house service offer during this time, you will support the team in its transition to a new location within the City that will be underpinned by increased opportunities for residents to transact with the Council on-line.
